The insulation of the walls will be more or less important depending on the construction material chosen. The blocks of cellular concrete compounds of sand, water, lime and air bubbles are naturally insulated. It is not necessary to reinforce their much insulation, unlike blocks that offer low insulating capacity. Various techniques are used to insulate the walls.
These can be isolated using a semi- rigid panel of mineral wool which is held against the wall by a metal frame composed of horizontal and vertical uprights, a plate then serves as a plaster finish. This technique is most common among manufacturers because it saves valuable time during the production and minimizes the work of finishing work. The ducts conveying electricity are placed in effect between the gypsum and the insulation without damaging the latter.
Complexes associating a panel of mineral wool and gypsum board are also used. This product can be stuck directly on the wall . A sandwich panel combining expanded polystyrene and plasterboard can be also used. To the ground, the insulation on crawl space can be performed using a compound of beams concrete floor to be insulated with polystyrene foam. A panel made of extruded polystyrene or expanded polystyrene of high density will be added above the concrete floor. A yoke is then cast for completion of the floor heating.
